HR launches first issue of employee newsletter
In its ongoing mission of "becoming a service-driven HR department," HFC Human Resources has recently launched a newsletter. This newsletter, which will be published monthly, is part of HR's continuing effort to provide HFC employees better service, better training, better opportunities, and better advocacy.
This issue of the newsletter provides a brief look at:
- HR outlook, mission, and values
- Names of everyone in HR, their specialties, and whom to contact for what
- HR effectiveness in diversity, talent management, training and development, pay and benefits, labor relations, and engagement and performance
