The Skylight Café offers a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack between classes.
Due to the pandemic, our hours are limited, and only grab-and-go options are available. Stop by the M building or search for "Skylight Cafe" on the news section of the HFC website for the latest information.

HFC's Fifty-One O One Restaurant
The Fifty-One O One Restaurant is a full-service dining establishment operated by the students and staff of the HFC Culinary Arts program. The menu includes appetizers, specialty salads and sandwiches, entreés from around the world and a wide selection of desserts. Menu changes weekly; Halal options are available. Credit cards accepted.

HFC's Culinary Wellness Cafe (formerly the Food Truck)
The Culinary Wellness Cafe is a lunch stand inside the Skylight Cafe in the Student Center (to your left as you enter the cafe) that offers freshly prepared lunches to go, during the Fall and Winter semesters. Menu changes weekly; Halal options are available. Credit cards accepted.

Vending Services
HFC also provides vending machine services in most campus buildings for snacks and beverages. To report an issue with a vending machine purchase, contact Bruce Wall at 313-845-9648.
