HFC Self-Service Support
HFC Self-Service is a secure web application that allows HFC students and faculty to safely access their college-related information.
Current students may use HFC Self-Service to do the following:
- Check account balance;
- Check financial aid;
- Drop and add classes;
- Obtain Username;
- Pay for classes;
- Register for classes (returning students only);
- Retrieve grades;
- View academic profile; and
- View and print class schedules, etc.
The following options are available for help with HFC Self-Service:
- IT Services Help Desk.
- Submit an online HFC Trouble Ticket.
- Contact the IT Services Help Desk at 313-845-6345.
HawkMail Support
Your username and password are the same as your regular HFC username and password. The following options are available for help with HawkMail:
- Visit the HawkMail web page.
- Submit an online HFC Trouble Ticket.
- Contact the IT Services Help Desk by calling 313-845-6345.
