May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Established in 1949, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. HFC is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our community.
Every year, millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. May is a time to raise awareness for those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma that so many experience.
More countries around the world are also raising awareness and prioritizing mental health.
We want to make you aware of some internal and external resources that are available to you at no charge.
