HR invites you to Employee Benefits Fair with raffle, therapy dogs, vaccine clinic, and more
The Human Resources team invites all employees to this informative and fun event on Thursday, October 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Community Rooms of the Welcome Center (Building WC) on the main campus.
Join us to prepare for open enrollment
This fun, informative event will allow you to get the information you need about the benefits best suited for you and your family. You can also get answers to your questions as you prepare for open enrollment, which will take place November 6-20, 2023.

Flu and COVID vaccines: PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE
Sign-up process:
1. Go to the VNA clinic website
2. Enter Clinic ID 2187
3. Enter Clinic passcode m8ttmbK (case-sensitive)
You will need to provide your insurance information. You can fill out the online form at the link above. Here is an example of the form you will fill out (PDF).
You will also have the opportunity to sign up for a Covid vaccine shot. The vaccines will be complementary for current eligible HFC medical subscribers.
Therapy dogs
Therapy dogs from The Fur Angels will be on site to help you relax and de-stress.
