Office 365 ProPlus
Henry Ford College provides an Office 365 subscription to all current staff, faculty, and students. You can install the Office 365 ProPlus applications on up to five PCs or Macs, five Android or Apple phones, and five Android or Apple tablets concurrently.

Students do not have access to Outlook. Please continue to use your Hawkmail account by logging in with your HFC username and password.
Log in with your HFC email credentials. If you had previously created a Microsoft account using your HFC email address, be sure to specify that it is a work or school account created by your IT department after typing your email address into the Office portal.
Once logged in, click the "Install Office apps" button to download the latest version of Office 365 ProPlus to your device.
Check the system requirements to ensure your devices are compatible with Office 365 ProPlus.
While we offer this benefit, HFC ITS does not provide technical support for the installation or use of Office 365 ProPlus on personal devices. Installation and support information is at https://support.office.com/.
What happens if I graduate or leave the college?
Once you have left the college your HFC provided account will no longer be eligible for this benefit. Please transfer any files you have stored in OneDrive prior to leaving the college.
