Sign Up for Text Alerts from Financial Aid, Enrollment Services and Student Accounts

Students, interested in receiving text alerts from HFC about registration dates, financial aid and student account information? HFC now offers a text alert system to help you stay on track with enrollment, financial aid and student accounts information. Simply follow the process below to sign up!

Sign Up for Text Alerts from Financial Aid, Enrollment Services and Student Accounts

  1. Visit https://hfcc.regroup.com/ and sign in with your HFC user name and password.
  2. Click on the Join A Group tab at the top to view the available Groups. Click the Join button next to the group from which you would like to receive notifications.
  3. To permanently opt out, visit https://hr.hfcc.edu/forms and select Opt Out Emergency Communication Form. You can also do this under the Email | Phone tab at the top by unchecking the box stating, "It is ok for Regroup to send text/voice messages to my phone." This will ensure that voice and text messages will no longer be sent (does not apply to emails).
  4. If you would like to leave a specific Group but continue receiving notifications from other Groups, go back to https://hfcc.regroup.com/ and click on the Group Notifications tab at the top. Click the icon under Leave Group next to the desired Group(s) you wish to leave.
