HFCC's New Orleans Seafood Buffet April 9

HFCC will hold its New Orleans Seafood Buffet on Wednesday, April 9, at Fifty-One O One – the College’s student-run restaurant located in the Student & Culinary Arts Center on the main campus. Brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Dinner will be available from 6 to 7:45 p.m.

The menu is as follows:

  • Made-to-order omelet station (brunch only);
  • Seafood gumbo;
  • Peel & eat shrimp;
  • Spinach salad;
  • Crab pasta salad;
  • Broiled tilapia with tropical fruit salsa;
  • Beer-battered cod;
  • Marinated Cajun pork loin; and
  • Chicken Oscar.

For dessert:

  • Red velvet cake;
  • Peanut butter pie;
  • Bread pudding with whiskey sauce;
  • Crêpes Suzette; and
  • Assorted cheesecakes.
