HFCC's New Orleans Seafood Buffet April 9
HFCC will hold its New Orleans Seafood Buffet on Wednesday, April 9, at Fifty-One O One – the College’s student-run restaurant located in the Student & Culinary Arts Center on the main campus. Brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Dinner will be available from 6 to 7:45 p.m.
The menu is as follows:
- Made-to-order omelet station (brunch only);
- Seafood gumbo;
- Peel & eat shrimp;
- Spinach salad;
- Crab pasta salad;
- Broiled tilapia with tropical fruit salsa;
- Beer-battered cod;
- Marinated Cajun pork loin; and
- Chicken Oscar.
- Red velvet cake;
- Peanut butter pie;
- Bread pudding with whiskey sauce;
- Crêpes Suzette; and
- Assorted cheesecakes.
