HFCC's 2014 Globefest event will take place on Wednesday, April 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student & Culinary Arts Center.

Globefest is a cultural celebration featuring delicious ethnic cuisine, energizing entertainment and enlightening information about the countries represented at this event: Black America, China, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Morocco, New Zealand, and Yemen. The African American Association will create awareness of the history of African American culture by highlighting key events of the 1960s, including the Civil Rights Movement, Malcolm X, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and more.
Globefest is free and open to the public. Food will be available for purchase: $5 to try all three food stations or $2 per food station.
