Massage Therapy Tuesday, October 15, 2019 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Student Center (Building M), M-119

The Office of Student Activities is offering FREE 10 minute chair massages to students, faculty, and staff on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm in the Student Center (Building M), M-119. The massages will be performed by licensed massage therapists. No oils will be used. It is recommended that you come early if possible to get the least amount of wait time.

Benefits of Massage Therapy: - Reduces stress, anxiety, and muscle soreness - Reduce tension headaches - Restore mental clarity and alertness - Increase morale
