Fifty-One O One Opening Sept. 19

Fifty-One O One will open for the semester on September 19, 2018, with its all-new, seasonal Late Summer menu. The restaurant is focusing on New American cuisine, with seasonal, shareable food items using classical techniques and global flavors (such as French, Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian) and regional influences. Half of the menu will change every three weeks. Items listed below as "left side" are primarily vegetable-based, while proteins are on the "right side." They may be ordered in any combination.

The Culinary Wellness Cafe (formerly the "food truck") will open in the Skylight Cafe later this month, offering $5 lunch options during the lunch hour on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until December.
