Use Your FInancial Aid to Purchase Books at HFCC's College Store
Students planning to utilize financial aid to purchase books may do so at the HFCC College Store. Visit the College Store Web site for dates and other specific information.
All students purchasing books with financial aid must provide the following at the time they check out at the College Store:
- Picture Identification and
- Copy of your Award Letter or
- Copy of your schedule of classes
To prevent delay at checkout, please be sure you have these documents in your possession each time you make a purchase.
You can print copies of either your award letter or class schedule via WebAdvisor.
Computers are available on campus at the following locations:
- Registration – Lobby outside of the office
- Financial Aid – LRC-030
- LRC - Media Center (library card required)
Please also note that financial aid is not directly applied to your account until the first day of classes. So, although you have financial aid, a balance due will appear on your account.
Prior to purchasing books, loan recipients must have ‘accepted’ their loans by checking ‘accepted’ on their award letter and returning it to the Financial Aid Office.
