History

History is what happened in the past and the ways that historical
writings and people represent what happened. HFCC History courses include three classes on world civilization, from ancient to modern
world history, and American history. Other specialized topics include
the Modern Middle East, African-American history, the Roman Empire,
and women's history. HFCC also offers its very popular on-line
America at War series, which includes courses on the Vietnam War,
the Civil War, the Cold War and the Revolutionary War.
