This category is specifically for students who will be allowed to enter the USA on an F-1 visa or in F-1 status (for citizens of Canada who need the ELI program.) The Office of International Student Services and the student will process the necessary paper work to legally permit the student to attend the ELI. The student must be full time and degree seeking even if during the first few terms the student only takes ESL courses
