Election Results: Representatives and Officers for the 2009-2010 Academic Year
General elections for open HFCC Student Council seats were held October 19th through 24th. Congratulations are in order for the six new representatives who were elected through the College's new online balloting process, which was administered by a third-party ballot and survey service provider. This independent contractor then certified and released the results on October 26.
Subsequently, the incumbent Council members held an open house "meet and greet" for these new members on Monday, November 2. On Wednesday, November 4, this year's Council held it's first official meeting and the main order of business was to elect officers. Announcements and Upcoming Events
Student Council will hold it's first public forum of the semester on Wednesday, November 18, at noon in the Berry Amphitheater. Please plan to attend this meeting to receive updates on important College happenings and to bring any concerns about campus issues to the attention of your student representatives.
