Please Note: All refund checks will be mailed. Please ensure your current address is listed on your student record. Checks will not be held for pick up at the Cashier's Office. Checks will not be distributed to students with "Do not Mail" addresses on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

Financial aid refund checks for the Fall 2009 semester will begin to be issued on Friday, September 11, 2009 . Only students who have no prior semester balances can expect to receive a check at that time. Students carrying a balance on their account from a prior semester should not expect to receive their check until sometime later in September/early-October. Direct Loan First-time, First year borrowers are subject to a 30-day disbursement delay. If you are a first-time, first-year borrower you will not be eligible to receive a Fall 09 disbursement until Friday, September 25, 2009.

 

Adjustments to student's eligibility, as the result of any dropped classes, must be made before a check can be distributed. This action is to prevent you from having to repay financial aid for which you are not eligible.
