Please Note: All refund checks will be mailed. Please ensure your current address is listed on your student record. Checks will not be held for pick up at the Cashier's Office. Checks will not be distributed to students with "Do not Mail" addresses on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

Financial aid refund checks for the Spring 2008 semester will begin to be issued on Monday, May 19, 2008. Only students who have no prior semester balances can expect to receive a check at that time. Students carrying a balance on their account from a prior semester should not expect to receive their check until sometime after May 19, 2008.

Adjustments to student's eligibility, as the result of any dropped classes, must be made before a check can be distributed. This action is to prevent you from having to repay financial aid for which you are not eligible.
