This office provides administrative registration and records support and service to students, alumni, faculty and staff.

Transcripts
Transcript service is available online, using the PDF form, on a walk-in basis during regular business hours or through the mail. (You may e-mail your request, with signature, to registrar@hfcc.edu.) You may also mail or fax 313 845-6464 your transcript request to the Registration Office. There is no transcript fee.
Enrollment Verification
For information on required statements provided to insurance and financial institutions regarding enrollment status, hours earned, last term of attendance, GPA, etc.
Grades
Grades are available on My HFCC WebAdvisor.
Records Maintenance

Graduation Application and Information
Students should monitor their progression toward degree or certificate completion by logging onto WebAdvisor and selecting Program Evaluation.
Applications for graduation are accepted for three graduation dates (May, August, and December). Information regarding graduation eligibility is mailed approximately four weeks after the student submits an application for graduation. Diploma packets are mailed 6 weeks after the end of the semester.
The Commencement ceremony is held in May only. August and December Associate degree graduates and May Associate degree applicants who apply by the end of January are invited. Only those students graduating in the current academic year are eligible to attend Commencement.
Transferring
Transfer IN to HFCC
College level coursework from regionally accredited colleges and universities with a "C" grade or better will transfer in. Grades and Grade Point Averages (GPA) do not transfer.
