PRESIDENT: Dr. Gail Mee
ATHLETIC DIRECTOR: Nancy Bryden
HEAD COACH: Scott Gray
ASSISTANT COACH:Scott Gray, Erin Gielincki
MANAGER: Leslie Gray

After a five year absence, Scott Gray was appointed Head Volleyball Coach in May 2005. Scott served as an assistant coach at Henry Ford under his father, Gary, from 1994-2000. Ironically, Gary serves as Scott’s assistant. From 1994-2000, the Hawks were conference champions several times and were Regional Champions twice, participating at the 1994 NJCAA Nationals in Miami, Florida.

While serving as an assistant for the Hawks, Coach Gray was the strength and conditioning coach and scouting coordinator. In 1999, Scott was hired as the varsity volleyball coach at Ecorse High School where he led the school to the league championship in his first season. This led to the appointment of the varsity volleyball position at Redford Thurston in 2000. Scott remains the varsity coach at Thurston where he led the team to a colleague championship in 2005.
Coach Gray is the Director of Recreation in Redford Township and is married to Leslie Gray. Coach Gray states, "volleyball is definitely a passion in my life". I am glad to be back at Henry Ford and I am looking forward to building the program back to a winning tradition".

We are pleased to welcome the Gray’s back and the passion, devotion and intensity they bring to the program.
