Become A Student at HFCC - It's Convenient and Easy!

Just complete the steps to success below and you will be ready to start classes. You can complete these steps in one visit in the Learning Resources Building (LRC). The LRC is located near parking lot A. Enter campus through the North entrance. It will take you about two to three hours for everything, and then you’re an HFCC student! International student - For international students (non-United States Citizens or non-Permanent Residents) who have completed high school in or outside of the United States.

Complete the Application for Admission

  • Online application is encouraged at www.hfcc.edu/apply.
  • An alternative is to complete a paper application. Call 1-800-585-HFCC to have an application mailed to you. You can turn in the paper application at the Assessment Office when you are ready to participate in Course Placement.
  • View Admission Requirements. When you complete an application, a $30 application fee will be charged to your account.

You will need an I-20 for a F1 visa. This category is specifically for students who will be allowed to enter the USA on an F1 visa. This means that HFCC and the student will process the necessary paperwork to legally permit the student to attend HFCC. The student must be full time and degree seeking.

This is not the correct path if you are already legally in the USA.
