Payment of Tuition and Fees

Payment for classes is due by 4:30 pm Friday of the week you register. 
If payment is not received you may lose your classes. 

If you have Financial Aid, dual enrollment status, or are company sponsored you will not be impacted by this policy. 

Payment should be made at the Cashiers Office to secure classes.  Payments may be made by cash, check, master card, visa, or discover.

What is my WebAdvisor ID?

Every student is assigned a unique WebAdvisor ID the first time you enroll for classes at HFCC.  To find your WebAdvisor ID, Click What’s my user ID?  Follow the instructions to find your ID. Click here to get to WebAdvisor

What is my WebAdvisor password?

Use the four-digit month and date of your birth as your initial WebAdvisor password, i.e. June 5= 0605. The first time you log into WebAdvisor you Must change your password.

TREG - Telephone Registration

TREG is HFCC’s telephone registration and grade system.

The telephone number is: (313) 317-4100. 

This system can be used to make a credit card payment.  Please follow the prompts for registration, grade, and payment options.

EZ PAY - Monthly Tuition Payments
To help you meet your educational expenses, Henry Ford Community College is pleased to offer EZ PAY as a convenient budget plan. EZ PAY is a tuition management plan that provides you with a low cost option for budgeting tuition and other educational expenses.

EZ Pay is not a loan program; therefore, you have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed and there is no credit check.

The only cost to budget monthly payments through EZ PAY is a $25.00 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee. The enrollment fee is automatically deducted within 14 days from the day the agreement is submitted.

The nonrefundable enrollment fee to process a payment through FACTS is $2.00 for Full Payment. (PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY)
