Create Gourmet Chocolate Confections

Class Supply List


Purchase at any Michael's craft store or Jo-Ann "etc" store (in their cake decorating/candy making supplies aisle) or at any Meijer's (located in their Housewares department):

3 bags of Wilton (or other brand) light cocoa "Candy Melts" (2.49-2.99 bag)
1 pkg. of Wilton (or other brand) any length lollipop  sticks (1.99 pkg.)

From Home/Grocery store:
Sprinkles, colored sugar, and/or other decorations (you can bring anything you already have in your kitchen cupboard too)
One bag of large marshmallows  

One cup of M&Ms candy
One small bag each of pretzel rods and pretzel hearts/rings  

Six Oreo cookies and six small (or large) chocolate chip cookies (or other variety)
Optional:  One cup of chopped nuts - any kind you like  

Optional:  One bag of butter brickle bits or Heath toffee bits - available in Meijer's or Kroger's baking supplies aisle

Also bring from home:

Pen and paper for notes,

Half roll each of wax paper, saran wrap, and paper towel,

Six (microwave safe) cereal/soup size bowls (paper bowls are okay also - styrofoam bowls are not safe),

One regular dinner knife, 

Six regular dinner tablespoons, and 

Two or three cookie trays to carry all of your delicious candy home on - you'll have lots to take!
